“Navistar Asia” is the authorized dealer of the American Corporation Trimble, the world leader in GPS technology industry.

Our company provides warranty and after-warranty service and maintenance of the Trimble navigation equipment.

Warranty for purchased equipment is 12 months.

Free service is provided within 2 years from the date of purchase.

Free diagnostics of equipment is provided upon self-delivery of equipment to our service department, as well as to our regular customers.

Also our customer service can arrive at the place of navigation equipment failure.


SERVICE MAINTENANCE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

• Arrival of service engineers directly to the location of the vehicles / equipment.
• Inspection, diagnostics, cleaning of equipment from soiling. Detection of mechanical damage of the hinging attachment, monitor, connecting wires, cable and etc.
• Updating the software (firmware) to the latest version.
• Replacement of defective parts (if necessary).
• Warranty for performed work from 6 to 12 months after repair, as well as technical support after the maintenance work.

After installation our service engineers will train your mechanics to use Trimble equipment.













Annually our company provides free training of equipment operation before spring field works.
